By accessing HearthFaith.com you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility — 18+ only

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The service contains adult-oriented romantic and sexual themes. We may terminate accounts without refund if we believe a user is under 18.

Fictional AI companions

All characters on HearthFaith are AI-generated fictional personas — women, men, and queer identities included. They do not represent real people, and chat outputs are not statements of fact. Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related record-keeping requirements for visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct: no character or image on this service depicts an actual human being engaged in sexually explicit conduct. All visual and conversational content is computer-generated fiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service if you are under 18 or assist a minor in accessing it.
• Request, generate, or distribute illegal content, including CSAM or non-consensual imagery.
• Impersonate real people without authorization or attempt to deceive others about AI nature.
• Upload custom photo images without consent from depicted individuals.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload our systems; resell access without permission.
• Use the service for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

Custom photo features are limited to women's faces per our product policy (including trans women). Male body faces are skipped automatically. Gay, bi, and trans masc characters are available for chat; custom photos apply only to eligible characters.

Accounts & security

You are responsible for your account credentials. Notify support@hearthfaith.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose abuse or legal risk.

Faith Circle billing

• Faith Circle is $9.99/month, billed monthly until cancelled.
• Your card statement may show HearthFaith* FAITH or a similar discreet descriptor.
• Cancel anytime — access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Refund policy: first-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase by emailing support@hearthfaith.com. Refunds are not guaranteed for renewals or partial months except where required by law.

Content disclaimer

AI outputs may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or offensive. We do not provide medical, legal, or relationship advice. Do not rely on chat content for real-world decisions. You use the service at your own discretion.

Intellectual property

Site branding, character designs, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited personal, non-commercial license to use the service. You retain rights to text you input; you grant us a license to process it to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AI companions or third-party payment processing.
